Email plans before work starts. Include the lot, grade, exterior materials, and the driveway.

When is the annual meeting?
Once a year. Owners receive written notice 30 to 60 days ahead. The date is posted on the News page.
Am I a member?
Yes. Membership comes with the deed and stays with the lot. One vote per lot.

The board. Year-to-date and full-year figures are on the Financials page.
